Complex Magazine Aug/Sept 2012 : GOOD Music & Rita Ora Cover

I always like the straight back covers like the death row Vibe Magazine cover. Nice lineup of artists from Kanye West, Pusha T, Kid Cudi, Common, Big Sean, John Legend, 2 Chainz, and Q-Tip. Really good roundtable style interview with them all also.

Vibe Magazine January 2006 : Nas & Jay-Z Cover

One of the most entertaining battles in Hip-Hop comes to an end. Very good cover of two legends of the game. Best moments of 2005 include: DJ Green Lantern caught on tape talking about 50 Cent to Jadakiss, Rapper “Houston” digs his eye out to get the devil off his back, Kanye West says that George Bush doesn’t care about black people.

The Source Magazine #174 : Hip-Hop Behind Bars Cover

Bullshit cover with a hypocritical editorial about the cover. Kanye West – College Dropout gets 4 1/2 mics.

Unsigned Hype: Joell Ortiz

Hip Hop Quotable: Kanye West – All Falls Down

Elemental Magazine #56 : Mobb Deep Cover

I’m not sure what I think of this cover. It’s either crazy dope, or really stupid. Mobb Deep with Tubs? Beanie Sigel has one of the nicest clothing advertisements for State Property. Articles on Kanye West, Slick Rick, and Cee-Lo as he becomes Cee-Lo Green instead of just the fat one from Goodie Mobb.
